BkhatriTerms of Service
By using the Bkhatri app (the “App”) or this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them. The service is provided by Abdalkarim Aldebasi (“we”). The Arabic version is the original; this English version is provided for convenience.
1. What Bkhatri is
A service that lets you track prices of products from supported stores (Amazon.sa and Jarir), alerts you when they drop, helps you manage a budget, and shares your wish list with people you choose. We are not a seller or agent of any store; we do not sell products or take payments for them. You buy directly from the store under its terms and policies. Bkhatri is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon or Jarir.
2. Price accuracy
We read prices from stores' public pages periodically, so they may be delayed, differ, fail to load, or change after the last check. Prices shown are for guidance only; the final price is the one shown by the store at purchase. We do not guarantee alerts or their timing and are not responsible for a missed opportunity or a price change.
3. Your account
- You sign up with a Saudi mobile number confirmed by a one-time code. You must be 18 or older, or have your guardian's consent.
- You are responsible for your account and device. Never share your code; we will never ask for it.
- Provide a truthful name and do not impersonate anyone.
4. Your list and visibility
- You control who sees each item (anyone with your number, mutual only, selected people, or only you). Choose carefully; whoever sees an item may learn what you want.
- Reservations are secret: the list owner cannot see who reserved or that a reservation exists. The reserver is responsible for actually giving the gift; a reservation is not a commitment by anyone and we do not guarantee it.
- Share links show anyone who holds them your items available to “anyone with my number”; share them only with people you intend.
5. Acceptable use
You may not: use the App to break the law or harass others; sync contacts you are not entitled to use; try to access others' data or bypass visibility rules; abuse, overload or automatically scrape the service; reverse-engineer or disrupt the App or evade the free-tier limits; or upload unlawful or abusive content. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Pro (monthly subscription)
- Free: up to 10 active products and daily price checks.
- Pro: unlimited products, checks every 6 hours, price-history chart, and multiple occasion budgets. Price: SAR 9.99 per month, or the price shown in the App when you subscribe (inclusive of tax where applicable).
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase, and the subscription renews automatically every month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. You manage and cancel in your App Store account settings. After cancelling, benefits remain until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policy; we cannot issue them. We may change price or features in future with prior notice; a price change applies to your subscription only after you accept it through Apple where required.
- Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
7. Store links and affiliate commissions
Purchase links may carry an affiliate tag through which we earn a commission from the store if you buy, at no extra cost to you. It does not change the price you pay or the price we display. Stores and external sites are outside our control and we are not responsible for their content or service.
8. Intellectual property
The App, its design and brand are ours. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive licence to use it. Product names, images and marks belong to their owners and are shown only to identify the product. Notes you add remain yours, and you grant us the right to use them to run the service.
9. Ending use and deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account, and your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your App Store subscription; cancel it in Apple settings. We may suspend or end the service for anyone who breaches these terms.
10. Disclaimers and limits of liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without express or implied warranties, except those that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or lost opportunities, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim. This does not affect any rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
11. Changes
We may amend these terms and will notify you in the App of material changes. Continued use after they take effect means you accept them.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts in Riyadh have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to your statutory rights as a consumer.
